I was able to access the advanced bios menu (did this by pressing random keys), but I was not able to get back into it later on. In that menu I was able to enable overclocking (which I did), and many other things. WebBe sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions exactly to update the BIOS. Make a new folder on your desktop and name it Bios, click "Extract to" in the top row of the menu that you can see in your screenshot above and select the folder "Bios" that you just made and Winrar will then extract the files to the new folder.
