The flickering was occurring for certain applications and games when I'd click off of them and click something on my 2nd monitor. It would flicker one time as I clicked off the app/game and flicker again when I clicked back. Was incredibly annoying and jarring.

One of the outputs seems rotated. Yes, I have one monitor in portrait orientation. I don't think it's a "critical aspect" because the problem still occurs when that monitor is disconnected.
